- Does the vehicle have a metallized windshield? Does the toll device work, if the customer keeps it out of the window?

- Is the toll device according the operations manual correctly placed? 

- Did the driver move the toll device to another vehicle? 

- Has the toll device position been changed? 

- This toll device is not working at one toll station or generally not?

- Has the customer entered the toll station with the permitted speed?

- Since when does the toll device stop working?



If the driver still has problems with this toll device, we can offer him a replacement. Please let us know accordingly.

We will first check whether it is a battery problem. Normally, batteries last 5 to 7 years.

Of course, we will replace defective toll devices free of charge and send the new toll device to the customer's address.

Defective toll devices must be returned to tolltickets within 21 days, otherwise we will have to block the defective toll device with charging blocking fees.
